Refund policy
All items ordered via our online store are eligible for an exchange 14 days from the day of arrival.
All items purchased at our physical store location are eligible for an exchange 7 days from the date of purchase.
All pre-loved (previously used) are not eligible for returns in any case. All used shoes sold online are represented accurately through the selection of photos supplied. They will arrive exactly as shown online. We reccomend that you come into the store to check them out for yourself if unsure.
To qualify for the exchange the item must be returned to us unworn and in a resell-able condition. Please note, all relevant tags and packaging must remain intact.
All packages shipped back to us are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them at our store. We recommend you ship your item back with a tracked and insured service. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Please Note: Online orders must be delivered back to us, we do not accept in-store returns on purchases made online.

RESNEAKED are not liable for any minor glue stains on the shoe. Glue stains are very common across all Nike Sneakers. We do not see this as a valid reason for discounts or compensation.
